Most Workout and Weight Loss routines bust by February because we try to make too big of an adjustment to our daily life and we find that the highs and lows we face fluctuate too much!
Enter in our Valkyrie Spring Training for New Recruits
Our Valkyries find more than just a gym or nutrition plans. They find a community of women all working towards one very similar goal: to become the HERO to their own story! The goals and paths may be a little different… but the endgame is the same. New Recruits are encouraged to go through our initial 3-month bootcamp that prepares our ladies mentally and physically – [Month 1] focuses on your foundation, building your core strength, working on functional movement/mobility, rotation, and balance!
– [Month 2] dives into the fun of basic martial arts and the fundamental skills towards becoming a Valkyrie mixed with your continued core stability training and total body strengthening.
– [Month 3] brings it all together as you unleash your inner baddie!
And we’re looking for more women to join our Club, to spread the word, and to make Valkyrie Training Club something that everyone knows and loves!
