CALLING ALL MOMMAS! Have you ever wanted to do a fun martial arts class with your child the celebrated your love for one another, but felt that doing an ACTUAL martial arts class might be too much for your schedule? What if we told you that with our Mommy & Me Self Defense Class, you can get the best of both worlds!

This class focuses on the bond between mother and child, as we lead you through fun, age-appropriate mini workouts, bonding games, and the importance of safety and self-defense. This class will conclude with our special belt tying ceremony!

You can RSVP anytime till our big event day, but those of you RSVP’d by 05/04/24 will get a guaranteed belt for our special occasion (as they are sized for each individual). So, act fast as spaces are limited!
